We are uniquely qualified to provide individual and family counseling for young people returning home from wilderness therapy, therapeutic boarding school, or residential treatment center programs.

Wilderness therapy and residential programs have their own language, structure and unique set of tools. Working with a therapist who “gets it” greatly eases the transition home, and the therapeutic work can continue with little disruption.
Drawing on his deep experience as an adolescent and family therapist in therapeutic programs, Jeff brings a breadth of knowledge to successful transition planning and support.
We address the anxiety, uncertainty and questions parents often have, while supporting your son or daughter and their individual counseling needs.
To get started, we will:
Support you to create an effective aftercare plan, while addressing your concerns for reintegration and success.
Coordinate with your child’s program staff to understand your son or daughter’s strengths and challenges, and how to best continue the good work they have done.
Once your son or daughter returns home, provide experienced individual counseling for your child, while addressing the needs of the whole family through family counseling and parent coaching.
